What SuProM aims to do
This project aims to improve sustainable project management skills in higher education institutions in the Western Balkans. It responds to recent educational reforms that have highlighted a lack of project management expertise among university staff. By providing specialized training and introducing courses in sustainable project management, the project aims to strengthen the capacity of local universities for international collaboration and sustainability. It is structured in three phases: analysis of current practices, provision of training, and integration of sustainable project management into university curricula.
General objective
SuProM aims to enhance sustainable project management skills of university staff, and to align these competencies with labor market needs, and to strengthen cooperation and project management capacities within Western Balkan universities, fostering international partnerships and long-term sustainability.
