On 19 March 2026, Universiteti Fan S. Noli Korçë welcomed the training on Project Management in EU-Funded Projects. While not included in the original project proposal, this was the fourth training on project management organised within the framework of the SuProM project.
The training was conducted by Ms. Vika Pušnik and Ms. Helena Kovačič, experts in project design and implementation at the University of Ljubljana. Academic and administrative staff from the university gathered to strengthen their practical understanding of EU-funded project management, from the fundamentals of project proposals and call regulations to the division of institutional roles and budget drafting.
Through targeted sessions and interactive discussions, participants were introduced to the key stages of the project cycle and the core processes underpinning successful implementation. The training placed particular emphasis on building a sustainable internal structure capable of supporting project activities before, during, and after the implementation phase.
This training fulfills the full range of staff training activities planned in this project and paves the way for piloting project management courses for students and alumni at this university.
This training marks the completion of the full range of staff training activities foreseen under SuProM, and opens the way for the next phase: the piloting of project management courses for students and alumni at the university.
