Dear Participants,
We are pleased to invite you to the SuProM Project Management Training, which will take place on 4–5 February 2026 at University of Mostar.
The SuProM project, an Erasmus+ initiative co-financed by the European Union, aims to strengthen sustainable project management capacities in higher education and the wider labour market. Recent reforms across the Western Balkans have highlighted the urgent need for stronger skills in planning, delivering, and sustaining projects – not only among academic staff and students, but also among SMEs, NGOs, and local institutions.
This two-day training will feature keynote speeches, interactive workshops, and expert-led sessions on practical aspects of project management. Participants will learn about:
- Key concepts and tools for EU project applications, including work packages, deliverables, and Gantt charts
- Project roles, processes, and delivery of EU projects
- Embedding sustainability and impact in project development
- Insights from local institutions on sustainable regional development an university–municipality cooperation
Alongside the training, a Poster Room will be available, providing the opportunity to present your institution, project, or innovative ideas to an audience of academics, professionals, and community stakeholders.
