The project aims to improve project management skills in HEIs in the Western Balkans. In the short term, it will provide training, create a network for knowledge sharing, and foster collaboration between HEI staff, employers, and decision-makers. In the medium term, it will ensure the continued use of new skills through accessible training materials and toolkits, and expand the reach of its modules to non-EU HEIs. Long-term impacts include enhanced HEI capacity, improved student employability, sustained collaboration at national and EU levels, and ongoing evaluation to ensure continuous improvement in project management practices
